Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on machinery, robotic systems, and conveyors to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and automated systems to ensure seamless integration with our manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory to optimize resource allocation.
- Electrical qualification or equivalent in electrical maintenance engineering.
- Experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry.
- Proven experience in site maintenance.
- Competitive basic salary up to £50k.
- Monday-Friday, day shift.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
