About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Industrial Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and winning new business. Your strong relationships-building skills and commercial acumen will enable you to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new customers to pricing and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
- Collaborate with internal partners, including marketing, sales, finance, and legal, to support the tender process and create bespoke offers
- Develop and implement long-term account strategies to drive profitability
Requirements
- Proven success and experience in sales roles, preferably in the packaging industry
- A full driving license
- A natural team player with a positive and energetic style
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
- Confident negotiation, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
- A strategic thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes ideas and solutions
- Able to work independently and remotely with travel as needed
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT)

Location
This is a full-time role, split between home and our sites in Kettering or Blunham, with frequent travel to customers across the UK and Ireland.
