Duties and Responsibilities

The Bookkeeping Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns, including VAT and EC sales lists.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
