About the Role

This Water Treatment Specialist will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and servicing our water treatment equipment on-site at client locations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete water sampling and documentation
  • Calibrate equipment and generate calibration certificates
  • Perform specialized maintenance of technology and equipment
  • Operate dosing pumps and diagnose issues
  • Diagnose warning/error messages on control equipment
  • Communicate technical concepts to customers and find solutions
  • Manage QEHS documentation using the Gensuite system
  • Plan compliance calendar tasks and inspection tool audits
  • Assist with project execution and participate in review meetings
  • Compile Operations Manuals for customers
  • Manage chemical and salt deliveries to customer plants

Requirements

  • Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in the UK Water Treatment industry
  • Knowledge of Cooling Towers, Closed Systems, and Legionella management
