Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in our South West London office. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing project teams to deliver projects on budget, meeting technical and commercial expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake concept designs and planning projects through to construction
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on budget and meet technical and commercial expectations
  • Manage project budgets and fees
  • Manage and motivate team members
  • Interact and cultivate relations with clients and other project members

Requirements

  • BEng/MSc (or equivalent) in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered with CEng status ICE/IStructE (preferably IStructE)
  • Experience of working in all main materials including Steel, timber, masonry, and concrete
  • Multi-storey / Highrise RC building experience desirable
  • Client-facing
  • Experience of leading projects
  • Excellent communication
  • Ambitious with a drive to succeed and be part of a successful team
