We are seeking a skilled trade and maintenance specialist to join our team at Thorn Baker Construction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in the void / social housing sector.

As a multi skilled tradesperson, you will work on a variety of tasks including basic plumbing works, joinery, tiling, painting and plastering. You will be responsible for ensuring your working area is safe and free from any hazards before commencing work.

To succeed in this role, you must have a valid CSCS card and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines.

This is a temporary position initially, but there is potential for it to become a permanent role. You will receive excellent earning potential and benefits, including company van and tablet. A family feel company environment and varied working day make this a great opportunity for progression.

Key skills required include plumbing, trades, joinery, tiling, plastering, painting, construction, CSCS, asbestos awareness and manual handling certification. The contract length is 48 months.
