We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Job Description:
- Deliver quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene
- Provide emotional support to individuals and their families, working with significant people in our residents' lives to give them confidence and reassurance
- Understand and adapt to the communication needs of each resident, using sounds, tones, and body language to ensure effective communication
Requirements:
- A team player who engages well with others and is passionate about offering superior services
- A strong communicator and influencer with excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic and hard-working with a flexible approach to change
