Key Responsibilities- Partner with product teams to create world-class payroll software that meets the needs of small businesses in the UK.
- Provide subject matter expertise on UK payroll rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to champion payroll compliance and eliminate the stress of payroll compliance for small business owners.
- Guide Customer Experience teams on complex payroll cases and immerse yourself in our product development process.
- Over 10 years of subject matter expertise in UK payroll rules, regulations, and practices.
- Strong knowledge of UK income tax, national insurance legislation, and workplace pension rules.
- Proven experience personally processing payroll for a UK small business.
- Experience using multiple UK payroll software products and managing a payroll team.
- CIPP qualification or similar is desired.
