Job Description

Coyne Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Multi Skilled Construction Tutor. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a profound impact on individuals' lives by equipping them with the necessary skills for future employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Vocational Training: Provide expert instruction in Multi Skills Construction across multiple sites, ensuring learners acquire the necessary skills for industry employment.
  • Engage with Learners: Develop strong relationships with small groups of learners, preparing them for industry employment and inspiring their ambitions.
  • Develop Practical and Theoretical Skills: Foster learners' practical and theoretical skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Industry Professionals: Work with industry professionals to provide employment insights and enhance the educational experience.
  • Manage Live Projects: Oversee live projects to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
  • Create Tailored Learning Plans: Develop individualized learning plans to meet learners' goals and ensure readiness for employment.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in Multi Skills Construction.
  • Qualifications: Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy, with Assessor and teaching qualifications desirable.
  • DBS Check: Ability to secure, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
