Job Title: Corrosion Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corrosion Engineer to join our team in Windsor, Berkshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic manufacturing and a proven track record of using customer-supplied Gerber, BOM, and CAD data to generate production machine programs and produce shop floor work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce Printed Circuit Boards through to final Assembly box build
  2. Maintain SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machines
  3. Use Gerber, BOM, and CAD data to generate production machine programs
  4. Produce Shop Floor Work Instructions
  5. Convert customer-supplied data into programs for production machinery
  6. Use Circuit CAM, Factory Logics, Fuji CAM
  7. Respond to breakdowns and perform maintenance tasks
  8. Use stencil design and ordering
  9. Use ERP systems and BOMs
  10. Use oven profiles and screen-printing process
  11. Produce operator assembly guides, production aids, and jigs
Requirements:

  1. Experience and knowledge of Printed Circuit Board production
  2. The existing right to work within the UK
