About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Saw Operator to join our client's Workshop team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the saw effectively and efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Work from technical drawings to produce high-quality components.
  • Minimize waste and optimize material usage.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating a saw in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • A practical approach with a strong understanding of materials and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual tasks.
  • Maintenance experience and knowledge of machinery.
