Role Summary
We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth, providing administrative support to senior executives and contributing to the success of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least 5 years of experience to showcase their skills and expertise.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with experience in calendar management, meeting preparation, email and documentation support, and presentations and reports. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Calendar management: Organize and manage schedules for high-level executives.
  • Meeting preparation: Assist with preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
  • Email and documentation support: Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of executives.
  • Presentations and reports: Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documentation as required.
  • Point of contact: Act as the first point of contact for all executive-related matters.
  • Office management: Oversee the daily running of the office.
  • Ad hoc tasks: Support the director with additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics. Strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
