Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a lead role in projects and deliveries, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Run discovery and requirements workshops to understand client needs
    • Take ownership of process mapping and write up user stories and process mapping
  • Solution Design
    • Design solutions that meet client business needs
    • Translate business problems into solutions
  • Technical Implementation
    • Configure and build Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box configuration capabilities
    • Design and build custom solutions using Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Integration
  • Client Liaison
    • Liaise with stakeholders to understand client needs and expectations
    • Produce status reports and manage project budgets
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on technical implementation and solution design
    • Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Skills
    • Excellent Salesforce consulting skills, with a focus on technical implementation and solution design
    • Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to guide and manage more junior team members
    • Strong functional skills, including requirements capture, analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement
    • Hands-on technical skills, including Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components
