MS Amlin is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Lead to drive the strategic direction of our CDS application suite.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in database and ETL design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to complex problems. Insurance knowledge is essential, and experience with SQL/SSIS/.Net is required.

This role offers a competitive base salary of £80,000, plus a performance-related discretionary bonus. You can also expect a generous holiday allowance of 28 days, plus the opportunity to buy additional leave. Our pension scheme includes a minimum 2% employee contribution, plus 7% MS Amlin contribution (9%). Private medical cover is also available, including the option to add family members or dependants.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing changes to the CDS application suite, working with architects on wider changes to the enterprise architecture that include CDS. You will provide technical leadership to the CDS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your time will be spent designing changes to CDS, working with architects, and providing support and guidance to the CDS team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and project management skills. Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is also highly desirable.
