We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to work on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients in Liverpool, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various joinery tasks, including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring, as well as identifying and rectifying defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in Social Housing, residency in close proximity to our business operations, NVQ certification, CSCS Card, and a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License.
Additionally, strong communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines while ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
