Job Title: Lease Advisory Surveyor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Lease Advisory Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing lease renewals on commercial properties throughout the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and measure commercial properties to collate information and advise clients on the best strategy for rent reviews and lease renewal instructions.
  • Negotiate rent review and lease renewal instructions with clients or their surveyor/advisor.
  • Advise clients on 3rd party or court action where appropriate.
  • Act as an expert witness in 3rd party determination.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified or working towards this qualification.
  • Prior experience in Lease Advisory, General Practice, Property Management, or Valuation Surveying.
  • Experience with Commercial Rent Valuation is essential.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Relevant degree in Real Estate or similar (RICS Accredited).
