About the Team:
The finance team plays a crucial role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are dedicated to maintaining robust financial health, optimising profitability, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders.
About the Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will provide accurate and timely financial reporting to assist business stakeholders. You will produce month-end and year-end journals, prepare management accounts, and analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
You will also produce financial statements, including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis, and board packs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all financial regulations and lead, manage, and develop a small finance team.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or finalist-level candidate with previous experience in ecommerce management accounts or a similar industry. You should have a demonstrable track record in a high-growth e-commerce business, excellent analytical skills, and strong commercial acumen.
You should be familiar with ERP systems and be an expert user of MS Excel. A proactive, structured, and disciplined approach to work is essential, as well as the ability to identify and support ad hoc project requirements.
