Job Summary

Advantage Healthcare Limited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Children's Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilation care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements

Previous experience in childcare with ventilation care and tracheostomy care is required. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
