Estate Agent Team Leader

At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent to lead our residential sales team in Sydenham. This is a great opportunity for a proven Manager or an established Estate Agent looking for progression and to step into a branch management appointment in residential sales. Our branch offers a supportive Area Manager and team to help you grow market share and develop your career. In this role, you will be helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance and targets. You will optimise every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions. You will motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career. What's in it for you as our Estate Agent? To be a successful Estate Agent, you will need to have preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress. You will need to be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment. You will need to have outstanding customer care/customer service experience. You will need to be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Full UK driving licence is required.
