About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee daily contract operations, collaborating with clients, residents, DLO, and subcontractors. This role involves ensuring timely, high-quality work aligned with contract KPIs through pre and post-inspections of sites, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily contract operations, working closely with clients, residents, DLO, and subcontractors.
- Maintain timely delivery of high-quality work, adhering to contract KPIs.
- Conduct pre and post-inspection site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Hold a Full Manual UK Driver's License.
- Possess SSSTS/SMSTS Certification.
- Demonstrate experience within the social housing repairs sector.
- Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Receive a company vehicle and fuel card.
