Job Title: Drama Teacher
Academics Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Drama Teacher to join the Performing Arts Department.

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a passion for drama to deliver engaging lessons, inspire students, and foster a creative learning environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5 (A-level Drama) depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and deliver high-quality drama lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves
• Prepare students for performances, exams, and assessments
• Work collaboratively with the department and wider school community to enhance the performing arts provision
• Contribute to extracurricular drama activities, including school productions, drama clubs, and workshops
• Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential

**Ideal Candidate:**
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject
• Experience teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and 4
• A passion for the performing arts and inspiring students to explore their creative potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
