About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing firmware and electronics for products supplied to the leisure industry. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build electrical systems for motors and test equipment
  • Develop firmware using programming skills
  • Assemble sub-systems and manage stock levels
  • Monitor and report product defects, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Raise Engineering Change Notes as necessary
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on completed products

We offer a competitive salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have opportunities to grow within a dynamic and expanding business in a niche market.

Requirements:
  • Electrical bias with strong mechanical knowledge
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Programming skills in C or similar languages
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations
  • Good eye for detail and quality assurance
  • Full Driving Licence
