Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd - Community Chemotherapy Nurse Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Community Chemotherapy Healthcare Professional to deliver specialist private homecare services in the Northampton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients in their own homes, working closely with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About the Role

This position involves providing a range of treatments and care services, including blood tests, toxicity assessments, IV/Oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and injections. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and therapies, staying at the forefront of your profession.

Key Requirements
  • RGN with active NMC PIN
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in community-based work is desirable but not essential
  • Competent in administering chemotherapy, cytotoxic drugs, cannulation, and clinical assessments
  • SACT Passport is desirable but not essential

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
