Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our esteemed architecture practice. This opportunity offers a chance to work on iconic projects while developing leadership and business development skills.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 (D.O.E.), reflecting the industry standards and location.

Job Description

In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing all RIBA stages (0-7), coordinating project documentation, and ensuring necessary approvals and consents. You will manage project resources, maintain budget tracking, and risk assessment, as well as ensure design output adheres to the company's Quality Management System.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage specific work packages, overseeing RIBA stages 0-7
  • Coordinate project documentation, ensuring necessary approvals and consents
  • Manage project resources, tracking budgets and risks
  • Maintain a clear audit trail for decisions
  • Ensure design output aligns with the company's Quality Management System
  • Contribute to audits as required
  • Lead a team, defining roles and responsibilities, identifying training needs, and supporting junior members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Revit proficiency
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership
  • Registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
