Are you looking for a challenging role in application support? We are seeking a capable Application Support Team Lead to join our growing team, responsible for supporting our application wherever it is used.

The ideal candidate will have previous Line Manager experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience with Service Desk Operations, Ticket management, ITIL, System Administration, Azure Active Directory or Active Directory, Windows Server 201x, and Bash.

The responsibilities of the role include supervising and performing the triage & response portion of incident management process, handson incident resolution as required, ensuring adherence to SLAs across all customers, responding to escalations from customers and internal stakeholders, monitoring and coaching to improve team metrics and productivity, continuous improvement of internal operating procedures and policies, and performing proactive maintenance tasks or small pieces of work during quieter periods.
