Job Summary

A leading UK-based fenestration and faade systems specialist is seeking a skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to provide support to fabricators for the installation and maintenance of supplied machinery and equipment. As a key member of the team, you will ensure seamless customer experiences from sale to service provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a smooth customer experience
  • Support sales by arranging quotations, installations, servicing, and replacement parts
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and report observations to ensure smooth installations
  • Coordinate pre-delivery activities, including third-party services and risk assessments
  • Perform various duties related to machinery sales and installation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools

Compensation

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Company car and private healthcare
  • 25 days of holiday (with option to purchase additional days)
