Unlock Your Potential as a Transformation Consultant at Proudfoot

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team at Proudfoot. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering transformative projects that drive business growth and improvement for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of results.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to identify performance gaps and develop tailored solutions to drive business improvement.
  • Implementation and Training: Manage the implementation of solutions, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable change.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and additional work.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be prepared to travel extensively, up to 80%, with the possibility of rotation for periods of up to one month.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in consulting, with a solid background in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in the mining industry, with a strong understanding of engineering, supply chain management, logistics, training, and education.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and business cases.
  • Proven ability to lead clients through all phases of a consulting project, including analytics, solution design, and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage employees, client staff, and project costs effectively.
  • Fluency in English is a minimum requirement, with additional European languages a plus.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
