About The Role

We are seeking skilled Plumbing Engineers to join our team in the North West London area or within a 15-minute drive of a NW postcode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 penalty points.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing is desirable.
