Job Title: Maintenance Shift Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Technician to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize disruptions to production schedules.

Requirements:

  • Time-served maintenance technician with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Multi-skilled with experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • PLC programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a 3-shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
  • FMCG experience preferred.
