Events Waiter Opportunity at Covent Garden Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Events Waiter to join our dynamic team at the Covent Garden Hotel. As an Events Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared-for.
  • Handle multiple tables, managing orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Process payments efficiently and with a smile, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • A keen willingness to learn and develop skills, with a commitment to excellence.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
