Key Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high-quality services and meet customer expectations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and managing budgets effectively.

What You'll Need

  • A Pharmacy Degree and relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check before employment – we'll assist you through this process.
