We are seeking a highly skilled CMF Designer to join our team at Recruitment Bunker. As a CMF Designer, you will be responsible for visualizing, creating, and presenting ideas in the form of mood boards, inspiration, and renderings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement design concepts that meet the company's luxury automotive brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design programs and presentations.
- Create high-level renderings, visualizations, and physical assets to support design and management reviews.
- Identify new premium luxury/high-performance materials and translate them into design insights to create strong design propositions.
- Deliver work on time with accuracy and take responsibility for design quality and innovation.
- Understanding of automotive design with sensitivity to products in the automotive market.
- Experience with an automotive OEM or consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering production programs.
- Proficiency in digital tools, with skills and knowledge of delivering quick programs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and their applications in an automotive context.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with change and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong team working skills to understand the needs and build a learning relationship.
- Knowledge of design principles and the ability to understand and solve problems working with suppliers to achieve good design.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is essential, with knowledge of VRED or UE5 highly desirable, plus any other visualization tools.
- Self-driven and motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Decisive, dynamic, proactive, and assertive qualities.
