Job Title: Property Solicitor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Property Solicitor to join our team at a fast-growing law firm in Crouch End, North London. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of PQE in residential property conveyancing and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, refinancing, and transfers of equity.
  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers to obtain regular positive feedback.
  • Work closely with partners and solicitors to develop client relationship skills.
  • Identify and follow relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time-sensitive matters, and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
  • 2-5 years PQE within residential property conveyancing.

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum.
