Vulnerable Adults Advocate

We are looking for a highly skilled social worker to join our team in North Essex. The successful candidate will have a current Social Work England registration and at least 1 year's social work experience.
As a social worker, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults and their families who have complex social needs. This will involve developing strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for these individuals.
The role involves working with vulnerable adults who may be experiencing disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity. You will also be required to chair meetings involving clients, family members, carers, and other multi-agency professionals.
