Senior Care Assistant

As a Residential Night Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will also need to be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go with us.
