About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure that our equipment is properly maintained and functioning as intended. You will work closely with our maintenance team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians to ensure proper equipment maintenance and operation
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure proper equipment maintenance and operation
  • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers

Requirements:

  1. Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3
  2. Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  3. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on location)
