We are seeking a highly motivated Care Team Member to join our team at the London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, part of the Signature Collection By Best Western. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of Woodford train station, making it easy to commute to and from work.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Care Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and setting up the restaurant and bar for service.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the face of the business and maintaining the hotel's brand reputation
  • Ensuring all standards of presentation are met
  • Engaging with guests, taking food and beverage orders, and using upselling opportunities
