Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
• Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
• Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
