Recruitment Consultant

Our Recruitment Consultant positions offer a unique blend of challenge and opportunity, with a basic salary of £25,000 – £45,000 p.a plus uncapped commission and car allowance.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and overseeing the recruitment process. You will work closely with our dedicated Delivery Consultants and have the opportunity to mentor team members and develop your skills in recruitment best practice.
What We Offer:- A competitive basic salary of £25,000 – £45,000 p.a.

- Candidate Sourcing: Use our internal database and job boards to find candidates.
- Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, working alongside our dedicated Delivery Consultants.
- Mentor Team Members: Support staff with recruitment best practice as part of your personal development.
