Quality and Compliance Role Overview

This role is a key part of ensuring the highest standards in quality assurance and compliance within Apprenticeship Training and Higher Education. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality and Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining compliance, regulatory approvals, and quality assurance and assessment frameworks for Higher Education qualifications, including HNDs and degree-level programmes.

  • Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

You will be at the forefront of ensuring the organisation's qualifications meet and exceed regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of robust Quality Assurance frameworks to maintain compliance with Ofqual, IFATE, ESFA, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements
  1. Proven track record in managing Quality Assurance and Compliance processes within the Apprenticeship sector; knowledge and experience of Awarding Body, EPAO, Higher Education institution is highly desirable.
  2. Higher Education institution experience is essential.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Ofqual, IFATE, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
  4. Practical experience in developing and implementing Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) systems, holding a recognised Level 4 IQA award as a minimum.
