**Job Summary**

Innovations Building Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Leeds Building Consultancy Team. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on commercial building surveying, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Undertake technical due diligence surveys, dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance surveys, and specify and administer refurbishment projects.
  • Work as part of a local and national team for the delivery of instructions, taking and being responsible for instructions from inception through to completion.
  • Manage own workload on a day-to-day and longer-term basis, working with internal and external specialist consultants.
  • Design and contract administration duties for refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects.
  • Prepare planned preventative maintenance schedules and provide technical building pathology advice.
  • Manage Licences to Alter and support business development activities, identifying, building, and maintaining new business opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sociable, and prepared to work within a busy, friendly, and highly professional team.
  • Strong IT, time management, and communication skills, accurate in work, and an eye for detail.
