About the Role

The North Lincolnshire Home First Community Rehabilitation service is a registered Rehabilitation and Reablement service that provides time-limited intervention and therapies to individuals within their own homes. Our aim is to ensure that individuals can remain at home and feel confident and safe to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with moving and handling, personal care needs, and administering medication
  • Maximise opportunities for social inclusion and emotional wellbeing
  • Work as part of a fast-paced and developing service with opportunities for further development and progression

Requirements

A previous qualification in care is desirable, though not essential. The role involves working AM shifts (07:00 to 13:35) and PM shifts (15:55 to 22:30) as and when required.
