Computer Science Teacher Training Apprenticeship

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Teacher Trainee in Computer Science. As a Graduate Teacher Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience while pursuing your QTS.

About the Role:
  • Work as a Graduate Teacher Trainee in a supportive secondary school environment.
  • Receive exceptional support from experienced teachers and mentors.
  • Enjoy excellent pay rates with a salary of up to £26,000-£28,000, working school hours.
  • Work 5 days per week, term time only.
  • Benefit from excellent mentoring and training to support your teaching career.
Person Specification:
  • A 2:1 or above degree in Computer Science.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable.
  • GCSE's C/4 or above in English and Maths (and a copy of the actual certificates).
  • You must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
  • The ability to teach a minimum of 12 hours or a 50% timetable, sole teaching from the beginning of the programme.
