Cost Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team at Crest Nicholson plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the costs of complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.

This role requires a numbers driven individual, commercially aware and with strong problem solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will lead by example and focus on building a strong team ethic and working relationships both with your team, regional teams and external partners.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
