Project Manager - Marine Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects in marine fabrication and construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all technical, financial, and stakeholder requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership and clients
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Project Manager in marine fabrication and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of commercial aspects of projects
  • AAPM or Prince 2 Project Management qualification is desirable
