Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services.
  • Engage in and manage each child's plan, ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
