Childcare Support Worker

Our Kedleston Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Worker to join our team at our Coventry home for children and young people aged 9-17.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus generous annual leave entitlement. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through continued professional development and training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the home, ensuring the safety and security of our young people, and assisting with general care and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Remaining awake at all times while on duty and supervising the home.
- Ensuring that all children are present on a regular cycle and reporting to senior staff any missing children.
- Checking the security of the building and alerting senior staff of any security breaches.
You will also participate in safeguarding, ensure the health and safety of the children, and adhere to our Child Protection Policy and Health and Safety Policy.
