BAM Nuttall is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join their Digital Projects Solution team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing information management and digital strategy on tenders and projects. Your expertise in digital construction and information management will enable you to plan and manage the use of digital tools to capture, share, and use information to enhance project/contract delivery.

Reporting to the Digital Project Solutions Business Partner, you will oversee a team of digital professionals and work closely with DPS Digital Engineering & Production, and DPS Support to agree and deliver appropriate resource and service to projects/contracts. Your knowledge of client and business requirements will ensure that the appropriate plans, specifications, reviews, and controls are in place.

As a BIM Manager, you will maintain high safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with company policies and report any non-compliance. You will also facilitate training and support for all aspects of information management, including the Common Data Environment, to the project/contract team and stakeholders as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the pipeline and workload to deliver the appropriate service to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating the delivery of the Project and/or Asset Information Model(s), as specified in the Exchange Information Requirements and BAM's ISO 19650 protocol
  • Implementing systems for the management, sharing, and storage of information, according to required security protocols, throughout the project/contract lifecycle
  • Developing working relationships to support internal commercial, legal, and procurement functions to ensure that the supply chain achieves BAM's ISO 19650 protocol

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager who can provide leadership within a team environment. You will have the ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals. You will also have developing management and communication skills, as well as experience in digital construction and document management.
