Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Berry Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to assist in the delivery of facilities services to buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an FM field and possess electrical knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

* Assist in the day-to-day running of the estate
* Help achieve the required KPI score for the contract
* Maintain standards as set out in the Service Level Agreement
* Communicate problems and concerns promptly through line management

Person Requirements:

* Previous experience in facilities/estate management
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Strong working relationships with on-site clients and employees
* Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and Legislation

Working Hours:

* 5 days per week on a shift pattern
* Weekdays: 08:00-17:00
* Weekends: 08:00-16:00

Benefits:

* 32 days annual holiday

Key Skills:

* Electrical experience and compliance knowledge desirable
