Job Description
As a Crew Member, you'll work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, providing a brilliant experience for every McDonald's customer. Your tasks will include preparing food, serving on the till, and being out in the dining areas to look after customers' needs. You'll consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Full flexibility in availability
- Ability to work Monday to Sunday
- Excellent communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact
- Maintenance of high energy levels while working efficiently and productively
